About Nicole Danson

Nicole Danson is a compassionate counselor and coach specializing in supporting parents—especially those navigating the complexities of the neurodiversity support system.

My clients often seek help for anxiety, major life transitions, and the changing expectations that come as a child grows. I am deeply committed to person-centered care, providing evidence-based tools from disciplines including CBT, DBT, and neurodiversity-affirming practices to help you achieve your goals and improve coping skills. My focus is on offering support, strategies, and partnership each step of the way.

As the parent of an autistic child, I've been there juggling work, supportive services, activities, and everyday family life. After spending nearly 15 years in corporate and philanthropy roles, I've returned to therapy and clinical work to support you in your journey and reaching your goals. In your sessions you can expect to experience compassion, action-oriented coaching, and concrete strategies to move towards your goals.
